Delivery

1. A first confirmation of the order is sent by email after the order is placed. After the package is shipped, final confirmation is sent. Orders shipped by DHL Express require a signature upon delivery

2. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Lithuanian post or DHL Express with tracking.

3. DHL Express shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. 

4. Boxes or are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We do not ship to PO boxes.

5. The shipping cost will depend on the delivery term you choose and the international zone your delivery address belongs to. Worldwide delivery terms are provided as guidelines only. Payment and customs issues may cause a delay.

  • Lithuanian post: Lithuania - 2-4 business days, worldwide - 2-4 weeks;
  • Carrier: Lithuania - 1-2 business days;
  • DHL Express: worldwide - 3-5 business days.

6. There are some locations where these shipment costs are not valid (e.g. some Australia islands). Because of this we are leaving possibility to change the delivery policy/ costs. The client will be informed about the changes. 

 

Taxes and duties

European Union (EU)

For delivery to countries, that are part of the EU, prices already include VAT. All countries within the EU are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout.

Rest of the World

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, that are set once the package reaches the country. In this case order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Charges for each order may differ as those are imposed directly by countries local customs.

 

Returns

1. The order can be returned within 14 days upon delivery, in a perfect condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

2. To return the order please follow the instructions below:

  • Please contact by email daikteline@gmail.com of fill the Contact form. We do not accept the return of the goods with no email notice.
  • Explain the reason and attach the purchase invoice;
  • All the items have to be in their original packaging and have original labelling on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

3. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14 days period following the delivery. Items are treated as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 month of purchase.

4. Items that are damaged as a result of wear, tear or any other are not considered to be faulty.

5. You are responsible for the shippment of returned items back to us, as items lost in transit will not be compensated for.
